Feb. 14

3:10 p.m. — Raymond Andrade, 21, of Cranston, was charged with notification of local law enforcement agencies of a change in address.
6:09 p.m. — Johnny Ruiz, 54, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Park Avenue.

Feb. 15
12:26 a.m. — Juan Villar Tejada, 32, of Cranston, was charged with domestic vandalism, domestic failure to relinquish a telephone, and domestic disorderly conduct.
10:11 a.m. — Michael Alexis, 40, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, was charged with reckless driving/eluding police, resisting legal or illegal arrest, and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Cranston police said he was also arrested on a Warrant out of the Warwick Police Department. Police said the arrest stemmed from a report of a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot on Garfield Avenue.
10:11 a.m. — Jonathan Enright, 43, of Cranston, was charged with obtaining money/goods under false pretenses (greater than $1,500) and exploitation of elders.
9:02 p.m. — Luis Macias Perez, 54, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting and conspiracy. Police said the arrest stemmed from a larceny complaint at the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.
9:02 p.m. — Alexandre Grana Lopez, 51, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting and conspiracy. Police said the arrest stemmed from a larceny complaint at the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.
10:13 p.m. — Silvester Medeiros, 44, of Cranston, was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Cranston police said he was also arrested on a warrant out of the Portsmouth Police Department. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Pocasset Avenue.
Feb. 16
12:29 a.m. — James Sweeney, 28, of Cranston, was charged with DUI (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest happened after a crash on Phenix Avenue.
4:30 p.m. — Domenic Dibiase, 29, of Johnston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
