Furry Fellas "Howl-o-ween Hike N Treat" to Help Homeless Animals

Furry Fellas Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Service is hosting its annual Howl-o-ween Hike N Treat to benefit the Friends of the Warwick Animal Shelter on Sunday, October 26th starting at 2:30pm at Warwick City Park’s Beach. Enjoy a group walk for dogs with their humans, a fun pet costume contest with prizes, games, dog treats, human treats, and a raffle! Friends of Warwick Animal Shelter will be present. There will also be plant-based food/snack samples available at the ANVV group table.
On Sunday, October 26th, find the fun at Warwick City Park's Beach (take a left at the dog park, follow the signs to the beach). This is an event for dogs and their humans, and the event itself is free to attend. NOTE: If you have a pup who isn’t all that sociable but you still want to join in, come anyway - dogs are not required to attend. Also, costumes are encouraged (but not required) for both the dog walk and costume contest.
To sign up for the walk and/or costume contest, go to: https://www.furryfellaspetsitting.com/events/ and click "Join Furry Fellas and Volunteers". Please pre-register in advance to participate in the dog walk and/or costume contest with a $15 donation. Once signed up, receive a FOWAS bandana, while supplies last, at check-in. Donations will help the homeless animals at the Warwick Animal Shelter. Dog Walk check in starts at 2:30pm and the hike will start at 3pm. The costume contest will take place once everyone returns from the walk around 4:45 pm. Costume contest check-in will be available at 4:30 pm for those not participating in the walk and arriving later.
