Man Passes Fake $100 at Brewed

JOHNSTON, RI—Police say a man passed a fake $100 bill at Brewed Awakenings to buy two iced coffees recently. And they’d like the public to help identify him.

Police said the suspect passed the phony note on Feb. 24 at the Brewed on Atwood Avenue in Johnston.

The man is described as a tall dark-skinned man in his late 20s or early 30s.
