NY Man Indicted for Cranston Molestation
Jonathan Phillips allegedly molested two girls in Cranston during a two-year period.

CRANSTON, RI—A 33-year-old New York man has been indicted by the Providence County Grand Jury for allegedly molesting two girls in Cranston during a two year period between 2011 and 2013.
Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin said that Jonathan Phillips, of 11 Donellan Road, Hampton Bay, NY, was charged with 10 counts of first-degree child molestation and one count of second-degree child molestation.
The alleged crimes happened in Cranston and Cranston police conducted the investigation.

Phillips is due to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on March 23.
Philips was first arrested by Cranston police last September and is being held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions.
