RI Governor, State Leaders To Hold COVID-19 News Conference
Gov. Dan McKee and the Rhode Island Department of Health are expected to speak about hospital capacity and rising case numbers.

PROVIDENCE, RI — As Rhode Island grapples with its highest COVID-19 surge so far in the pandemic, Gov. Dan McKee and other state leaders will hold a news conference to update residents on the situation.
Along with the Rhode Island Department of Health, McKee is expected to discuss hospital capacity, as well as testing and vaccination efforts.
The conference will be held at the Rhode Island State House at 10:30 a.m. and can be watched live on the governor's Facebook page.
