RI School Closings, Distance Learning Days, Delays For Winter Storm

RHODE ISLAND — The following Rhode Island public school districts will be either closed, delayed or have virtual learning on Monday because of the winter storm on Saturday night into Sunday:

• Barrington Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning pre-K
• Burrillville Public Schools — delayed two hours, no morning pre-K
• Chariho Regional Public Schools — delayed two hours, no morning pre-K
• Compass School — delayed one hour
• Cranston Public Schools — delayed two hours, no morning pre-K
• Cumberland Public Schools — delayed two hours, no morning preschool
• East Greenwich Public Schools — delayed one hour
• East Providence Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning preschool
• Exeter-West Greenwich Public Schools — no school in district, see email note, 90-minute delay for out-of-district buses
• Foster-Glocester Elementary and Regional School — delayed two hours, no morning pre-K.
• Jamestown Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning pre-K
• Johnston Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning pre-K at at Granitville
• Kingston Hill Academy — delayed, KARES Club starts at 8:30 a.m.
• Lincoln Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning pre-K
• North Kingstown Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning pre-K
• North Providence Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning pre-K
• North Smithfield — delayed two hours, no morning pre-K
• Pawtucket Public Schools — virtual learning day
• Scituate Public Schools — delayed two hours, no morning pre-K
• Smithfield Public Schools — closed
• West Bay Collaborative — Primary School-Horton — delayed two hours
• West Warwick Public Schools — delayed one hour, no morning pre-K
• Westerly Public Schools — no morning pre-K
• WM. M. Davies Jr. Career-Technical High School — closed.
