CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Feb. 8 and Feb. 10.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in, as well as the time of the arrest, were only omitted when not provided by police.

Feb. 8

4:33 p.m. — Melvon Wright, 21, of Woonsocket, was arrested on a warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department. Cranston police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Park Avenue.

4:33 p.m. — Jilson Silva, 23, of Providence, was arrested on a warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department. Cranston police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Park Avenue.

9:09 p.m. — Nathan Demenezes, 19, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

Feb. 9

4:48 a.m. — Krystyna Coutu, 38, of Woonsocket, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (fourth offense or greater). Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Reservoir Avenue.

5:48 a.m. — Byron Robles Giron, 33, of Providence, was charged with DUI (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

4:49 p.m. — David Nadeau, 60, of West Warwick, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.

4:49 p.m. — Emily Rodriguez, 26, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for service to the Walmart on Plainfield Pike.

Feb. 10

2:07 a.m. — Dylan Gomes, 31, of Pawtucket, was charged with DUI (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop in the area of Cranston Street and Park Avenue.

4:44 a.m. — Earl Holland, 27, of West Warwick, was charged with possession of cocaine (first offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from a well-being check at a home on Oaklawn Avenue.

7:23 a.m. — Jennifer Smith, 48, of Cranston, was charged with possession of a motor vehicle and driving without consent of the owner. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call for a disturbance on Pearce Avenue.
