Howard J. Parks, 75, of East Greenwich, died Feb. 27. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia A. (Grovatt) Parks. Born in Scranton, Penn., he was the son of the late Arthur and Jean (Stanton) Parks.
Howard had been Assistant Director of Security at the former Two Guys Departments Stores in N.J., and most recently, owner of Certified Security Services. Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Trisha L. Parks of Langhorne, Penn., and son, Scott H. Parks and his wife Kerri of West Greenwich; grandchildren, Collin and Morgan. He was the brother of the late Marilyn Rusilko.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 10 at 1 p.m. at the East Greenwich United Methodist Church, 1558 So. County Trail (Rte. 2). Donations in his memory may be made to Hasbro Children's Hospital. See hillfuneralhome.com for online condolences.
