No School Tuesday In EG

With Hurricane Sandy still raging up and down the Northeast coast Monday evening, East Greenwich Supt. Victor Mercurio made the call to cancel school Tuesday.

School was also cancelled Monday. 

It's unclear as of yet if the planned day off Thursday, Nov. 1, for teacher conferences will take place in light of the two unexpected days off. 

"We're still working on that as a possibility," said Mercurio Monday. "Nothing's been firmed up yet one way or another."
