Obituary: Charles A Fogell, Jr., 75

Charles A. Fogell, Jr., 75, of East Greenwich passed away Tuesday, March 12. He was the beloved husband of Doris "Dolly" Fogell. Charles was born in Providence on April 23, 1937, a son of the late Charles and Bertha (Powers) Fogell.

He was employed by the City of Providence and the Narragansett Bay Commission for 37 years. He was a member of Local 1033. Charles was an avid NASCAR fan.

Besides his wife he is survived by three sons and their wives: Charles E. and Kim of Warwick; James T. and Bonnie of East Greenwich; and Michael P. and Janine of Warwick; four loving grandchildren: Kimberly, Alicia, Andrew and Charles J.; two great grandchildren: Austin and Zackary; one brother, Robert, of Naples, Fla., and one sister, Deborah Marsocci of Warwick.
