According to the National Weather Service, the threat of thunderstorms, which could bring hail and even more gusty wind, is expected to diminish tonight, mainly by 8 p.m.

There is the possibility of snow in the forecast, beginning Sunday night. The forecast models are not clear at this time and snowfall totals are difficult to predict.

A better picture of what, if any, winter storm effects will be felt on Sunday and Monday will emerge over the next two days.
