5 Things to Know About Today
Warm showers; messy science for kids; borrow museum passes; 'Tarot on Your Feet'; tennis drills.

Here are five things you should know about today in East Providence:
- Cloudy, warm and humid with showers and scattered thunderstorms and a high temperature of around 84 degrees.
- Children can participate in “gooey, gloppy messy science” experiments at 10 am at Oak Knoll, the Massachusetts Audubon Society’s wildlife sanctuary, 1417 Park St., Attleboro; call 508-223-3060 to register.
- Have you discovered the museum passes available at the Weaver library for some summer fun, such as Battleship Cove, Southwick’s Zoo, Old Sturbridge Village and The Hall of Patriot Place.
- The Weaver Library offers “Tarot on Your Feet,” a workshop that guide participants through a series of dynamic improvisational acting games adapted for tarot readers; it starts at 6:30 pm.
- Centre Court Tennis Club, 55 Hospital Road, offers tennis drills and workouts each day from 9 am to noon with the Barrington Neighbors and Newcomers Club.
