Joanne M. Castro, 68, Passes On
Her calling hours are today and her funeral service is Tuesday from Perry-McStay Funeral Home,
Joanne M. Castro, of East Providence, died Monday, July 1, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. She was 68.
She was the former wife of the late Joseph Cabral. She was born in Providence, a daughter of the late John J. and Lucy (Cabral) Vales.
She leaves three sons, John R. Cabral, Jeffrey J. Cabral and Jay A. Cabral and his wife Natalie; two grandchildren, Austin J. Cabral and Jillian M. Cabral, and one sister, Roberta Medeiros.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 9, at 11 am in the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Calling hours are today, July 8, from 5-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the Adele DeCoff Cancer Center at Roger Williams Hospital or Home & Hospice Care of RI would be appreciated.
