Rep. Joy Hearn (D-Dist. 66, Barrington, Riverside) is a new member of the New England Board of Higher Education. She was named to the post by Speaker of the House Gordon D. Fox as a delegate frpm the RI House of Representatives.
Hearn is one of eight delegates from each New England state who are appointed to the board to represent the region’s leaders in education, business and government.
