Rain and T-Storms Likely Through End of Week

Rainy and windy conditions are expected to continue through Friday in Johnston

With continued warm temperatures and high humidity levels in Wednesday's forecast, showers and thunderstorms are expected Wednesday afternoon in Johnston, according to the National Weather Service.

Highs around 80 and winds up to 11 mph are expected during the day, the NWS reported.

Heavy rain is possible Wednesday night into Thursday morning, with patchy fog expected after 1 a.m. Thursday. Rainfall amounts could reach an inch between Wednesday and Thursday night.

The NWS is forecasting continued clouds with the potential for rain and thunderstorms through at least Friday.
