Intoxicated Providence Driver Arrested on Drug and Weapon Charges: Cops
The Providence man was pulled over in Johnston, police said.
JOHNSTON, RI — An intoxicated Providence driver was arrested on drug and weapon charges, police said.
Anthony Barrios Lopez, 25, was pulled over on Shun Pike in Johnston shortly before 11:30 p.m. Saturday and arrested on charges of driving under the influence, possession of Adderall and possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Barrios Lopez was processed and arraigned at state police headquarters, and released to the custody of an adult.
