Gray Craig 'Kennel Cottage' Sold For $1.75 Million

MIDDLETOWN, RI — The "Kennel Cottage" on the Gray Craig estate has been sold, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International. The price was $1,750,000. The realtor acted as both the listing and selling agent. Annie Becker, broker associate, represented the seller, while Tracey Moore, a sales associate, represented the buyer.

“I'm pleased the Kennel Cottage has found new stewards who seem to appreciate this beautiful property as much as the sellers did,” Becker said. “Years ago they found a unique opportunity and turned it into an elegant, private property within the Gray Craig estate, which a new family will now make their own.”

The Kennel Cottage occupies six acres on the 77-acre estate.
