Nov. 11

Rafael A. Reyes, 30, of Providence, was taken into custody on a bench warrant at 9 a.m. at the Papa Gino's, West Main Road.

Nov. 12

Christine Wholley, 32, of Fall River, Mass., was stopped near the corner of Ocean View Drive and Aquidneck Avenue at 12:06 a.m. She was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense, and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Nov. 14

Niquelle J. Cook, 28, of Newport, was taken into custody at 5 p.m. on a bench warrant. Police said he was arrested in the lobby of the police station. He came in to claim license plates, which had been seized.
