Snowman Scares Fans at St. Patrick's Day Parade

Freaky the Scary Snowman decided to scare a few green-clad fans this past Saturday at the annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Newport. 

Freaky, as he is known on YouTube, scared paradegoers on Lower Thames. You can see some of the frights in the video above.
