Where to Grab St. Paddy's Day Gear in Newport County

The St. Patrick’s Day parade is an Aquidneck Island institution, and dressing up is half the fun.

Anything green, white and orange and those “Kiss me, I’m Irish!” shirts are flying off the shelves this close to St. Paddy’s Day, so here’s a look at where you can score some gear before it’s all gone.

The parade will be held on Saturday, March 16, rain or shine. It begins at 11 a.m. in front of Newport City Hall and will proceed to Carroll Avenue, ending at St. Augustin’s Church.
