Dog Owners In Narragansett, SK Must Renew Licenses This Month
Pet owners have until April 30 to renew dog licenses, which require up-to-date rabies certificates.

NARRAGANSETT-SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Pet owners in Narragansett and South Kingstown have until the end of the month to renew their dog's license and ensure rabies vaccinations are up-to-date.
Narragansett requires licenses for all dogs aged six months and older. Licenses must be renewed each year by April 30, and cost $6 per animal. A current rabies vaccination certificate must be submitted with the application. License applications are available from the Town Clerk's office. Learn more from the town's website.
South Kingstown residents must also renew dog licenses by April 30. Alongside proof of rabies vaccination, pet owners can show proof that their animal is spayed or neutered to save $5 on the licensing fee, bringing the cost to $7. Otherwise, licenses cost $13 per year.
