Kingston's Camp Beach In South Kingstown Reopens For Swimming
State health officials say bacteria levels returned to safe levels at Kingston's Camp.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Kingston's Camp can reopen for swimming Wednesday, following a closure due to high bacteria levels, officials with the Rhode Island Department of Health said.
State health officials said bacteria levels returned to safe levels. The beach was closed for swimming earlier this month over its bacteria levels in the water.
RIDOH officials said they will continue to monitor and review beach water quality regularly to ensure safe bathing throughout summer.
