Letter: PTO Meeting Thursday; Student Progress on Agenda
In a letter to Narragansett High School students' parents, the PTO invites them to attend Thursday's meeting, where they will discuss how to monitor student progress.

Dear Narragansett High School parents,
At our NHS PTO meeting 7 p.m. Thursday in the Narragansett High School Media Center, we’ll address questions that many parents face:
How can we stay on top of our kid’s progress?

Here’s what we’ll be covering at the November NHS Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) meeting:
- Knowing the Score: how to use Power School and other resources to monitor student progress, and catch academic issues before they become serious problems
- Common Tasks: What they are and how you can follow your student’s progress

- Derek Emery will review how you can use Power School to monitor your kid’s progress during the semester.
- John O’Brien will explain the common tasks required for graduation, and how you can track student progress on these important assignments.
