Rustic-chic private farm venue in scenic Stonington, CT 

Deans Mill Farm 

Built in the mid-1700s as a functioning livestock farm, Deans Mill Farm has gone through an evolution in recent decades. A full renovation of the historic buildings and rejuvenation of the surrounding 70+ acres has made the property into the incredible venue it is today. Deans Mill Farm now operates primarily as a private event space and five-room bed and breakfast tucked down a private road in Stonington, Connecticut. It shares its property with Dragonfly Equestrian Center and is home to dozens of horses. On the property lies meadows, hiking trails, beautiful fields and Dragonfly Disc Golf. The property can be rented for weddings, birthday parties and other special events. Additionally, the bed and breakfast can be rented by the room or reserved in its entirety for complete privacy. The Farm has the ability to host small private indoor events for up to 50 guests in the Farmhouse. Outdoor tented events are our specialty, with numerous locations on-site that are picturesque for your celebration. Outdoor tented celebrations can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Coming into the game, the Rams are 3-17 overall, and 0-5 in Atlantic 10 play. St. Bonaventure is 10-7 overall, and 3-2 in Atlantic 10 play. URI has had strong play lately from sophomore transfer Billy Baron, the son of head coach Jim Baron. In nine games, he is averaging 13.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.2 steals in 29.7 minutes. Freshman forward Jonathan Holton has also upped his output on the glass. He's averaging about eight rebounds per game and 10.4 points in 28.2 minutes. However, the Rams have had a porous defensive effort in most games, especially when it comes to rotating quickly on the zone to cover 3-point shooters. The Rams have given up 80+ points in a game five times, and haven't won any of them. Our live blog will start shortly before the 7 p.m. tip-off tonight.
