According to police, the woman said she got into an argument with Tallo and his 24-year-old brother, Brandon Crumady, also of 463 Greenville Ave., because they told her they would leave her at the beach. Police noted that Crumady is Tallo’s boyfriend.

Tallo told police that while it was stopped in traffic, she reached over and pulled the keys from the ignition, stranding it on Route 1 near Woodruff Avenue and severely blocking traffic.
Police said Burgess chased after the woman in an attempt to get the keys back. While this was happening, Crumady left the car and began to walk into town, toward the beaches.
According to police, they calmed Tallo down, and she was transported to police headquarters to await a ride back to Providence. She turned the car’s keys over to police.
Police said Burgess called Crumady and told him to move the car, but the 24-year-old refused to return. The 19-year-old did not have proper identification to operate the car, so it was towed from the scene.
According to reports in The Providence Journal, Tallo is involved in a Providence murder case – her sister was killed, and she was stabbed, during a dispute with another family.
