Narragansett Police Log: Oct. 23, 24 and 25, 2011
Police break up a loud party, and two women are arrested for disorderly conduct following a fight in Bonnet Shores. Also, gasoline is siphoned from a car.

Two Women Arrested for Disorderly Conduct Following Scuffle in Bonnet
Sarah M. Nadolny, 18, of 31 Buttonbush Road, Saunderstown, was arrested at about 8:07 p.m. on Oct. 24 and charged with disorderly conduct.

According to police, based on interviews with witnesses, Nadolny and her group of friends got into a verbal argument with another group outside of Cumberland Farms in Bonnet Shores.
The argument escalated into a physical tussle in the parking lot between Nadolny and another woman, 41-year-old Ronda Jean Sankey of 257 Middlebridge Road, South Kingstown.

Based on witness statements from store clerks, Nadolny was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Police noted that the second woman was wanted for questioning, and warned her via telephone that if she didn’t respond to police headquarters a warrant would be issued for her arrest.
According to police, Sankey responded to police headquarters at about 10 a.m. on Oct. 25 and was charged with disorderly conduct.
Loud Party on South River Drive
At about 12:34 a.m. on Oct. 23, police received a report of a loud party at 79 South River Drive.
According to police, about 50 to 75 people were gathered at the home, with loud voices coming from inside. Police noted it took about 20 minutes to clear the party, partially because it took the renters a while to respond to their knocking.
The tenants were identified as 20-year-olds Alan Vomacka and Shane R. Correia. The property owners are listed as Thomas and Jane McGovern of Lexington, MA.
Employee Tries to Take Fish After Hours
Police received a report at about 1:26 a.m. on Oct. 25 of a suspicious pair of men at a fish reseller.
Police said they found the men, a 26-year-old and 29-year-old Narragansett resident, trying to take about five pounds of fish from the store. The 26-year-old told police he worked at the store.
According to officers, they called the owner of the store, who told them that the employee did not have permission to be there at that time of night. He told police he did not want to press charges, and that he would handle the matter the next day at work.
Times are Tough: Gasoline Siphoned from Car
At about 9 a.m. on Oct. 25, police received a report of gasoline being siphoned from a car on South Pier Road.
According to a 34-year-old Narragansett woman, she noticed that about a quarter of a tank of gasoline had been siphoned from her car overnight. She said she had parked it at about 8 p.m. on Oct. 24, and then moved the car the morning of Oct. 25.
Police said there were no witnesses to the alleged siphoning, and the case will be closed pending further information.
