Obituary: Francis J. Crowley, 70

Francis J Crowley., 70, of Matunuck, RI, passed away peacefully, Saturday, January 30th.

He was the beloved trophy husband of Patricia (McBride) Crowley.

Born in Scituate, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Joseph and Virginia (Young) Crowley. Mr. Crowley was an alumnus of Phillips Andover Academy, Thayer Academy, and Tufts University.

He was an Executive of Sales in the Printing Industry for most of his career. He was a Model Toy Train enthusiast, a voracious reader, and animal lover and a diehard Red Sox and loyal Patriots fan.

Besides his wife he is survived by a brother Kevin Crowley of Brentwood, New Hampshire; a sister Sheila Ellis of Wiscasset, Maine; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be at the Avery-Storti Funeral home, 88 Columbia Street, Wakefield, RI, Tuesday, 1-5 pm, concluding with a prayer service at 5 pm. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to South County Health Cancer Campaign, 70 Kenyon Avenue, Wakefield, RI or your favorite Animal Rescue League will be appreciated
