Deans Mill Farm 

Built in the mid-1700s as a functioning livestock farm, Deans Mill Farm has gone through an evolution in recent decades. A full renovation of the historic buildings and rejuvenation of the surrounding 70+ acres has made the property into the incredible venue it is today. Deans Mill Farm now operates primarily as a private event space and five-room bed and breakfast tucked down a private road in Stonington, Connecticut. It shares its property with Dragonfly Equestrian Center and is home to dozens of horses. On the property lies meadows, hiking trails, beautiful fields and Dragonfly Disc Golf. The property can be rented for weddings, birthday parties and other special events. Additionally, the bed and breakfast can be rented by the room or reserved in its entirety for complete privacy. The Farm has the ability to host small private indoor events for up to 50 guests in the Farmhouse. Outdoor tented events are our specialty, with numerous locations on-site that are picturesque for your celebration. Outdoor tented celebrations can accommodate up to 250 guests.

NARRAGANSETT—Two men are facing gun and drug charges after a police chase in Narragansett sparked by their alleged armed assault and robbery of a woman in Bonnet Shores on Wednesday.Police seized about a pound of marijuana and a gun from the car after the chase ended with the arrests of Derek Messier, 21, of East Greenwich; and Ynsfrain Pena, 25, of Pawtucket.Both men are being held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions on charges of first-degree robbery, conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, carrying a firearm during a violent crime and other assorted charges.According to police, the victim, a 21-year-old female, told police that the men robbed her and pistol-whipped her when she resisted.Police believe the robbery was drug related.As police pursued the suspects, a gun reportedly was thrown from the car.Both men are due to return to court on March 23.
