The Town has converted to a new utility billing system and June 2025 will be the first time that bills are issued from the new system.

The Town has converted to a new utility billing system and June 2025 will be the first time that bills are issued from the new system. The June water and sewer bills to be issued by the Town will have a different appearance than prior bills. The new billing system changes do not apply to water customers served and billed directly by Veolia. Example copies of the new and prior utility bills are accessible via the links below.

The following information provides a summary of notable differences in the new bills:
- Account Number Format – has been modified. The leading double zero (00) and hyphen/dashes have been removed; the “W”, middle four digits, and lagging double zero have been combined in the new format. What was “W-00-9997-00” is now “W999700”.
- Customer Number – has been assigned to the account owner. This is the Customer Identification (CID) number used for certain online transactions in the online Customer Self-Service (CSS) access portal.
- Terms and Item Labels – have been modified, including:
- Read Code (was Read Type) - identifies actual, estimated, or final read data
- Total Current Bill (was Current Bill Total) – identifies current period total charges
- Due Date (was Due No Later Than) – identifies last day to make payment without incurring interest penalty
- Consumption History (was Year To Date Consumption and Read Information) – identifies metered water use data.
- Remittance Form – is bottom portion of bill (was top portion).
