NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing by and before the Zoning and Platting Board of Review of the Town of Narragansett is scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Narragansett Town Hall, 25 Fifth Avenue, to consider and act upon the following applications:

APPEAL: Nuttall Properties, Plat S, Lot 90, 11 Defelice Road, of a Notice of Violation of the Town’s zoning ordinances issued by the Zoning Official.

East Side LLC., Plat S, Lot 140, 11 Walcott Avenue, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to permit a 2-family dwelling at the above referenced property.

Kelen, LLC/Ocean State Pickleball, Plat P, Lot 284-A and 284-B, 360 South Pier Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Special Use Permit from the Table of Use Regulations (Section 6.1) Use Code 5318 (Tavern, café, club, bar or cocktail lounge (alcoholic beverages)), to request a full liquor license at the above referenced property.

O’Neil, Plat N-J, Lot 18, 155 Cliff Drive, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Variance from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to construct an attached 2-story garage at the above referenced property.

Narragansett Pier Railroad, LLC / Holmes, Plat D, Lot 221, 145 Boon Street, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Special Use Permit from the Table of Use Regulations Use Code 5814 – lunchroom or restaurant (alcohol beverages) (Section 6.1), a Special Use Permit for Automobile Parking Space (Section 7.9), and Zoning Board approval for Supplementary Landscaping and Illumination requirements (Section 7.8) to construct a restaurant food court with full alcohol service at the above referenced property.

Said petitions are on file in the office of Community Development in the Town Hall and available for review during regular office hours. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Department of Community Development at 401-782-0632, 48-hours in advance of the hearing date.
