Water Restrictions Lifted In Narragansett, South Kingstown

The odd-even water ban was lifted, effective immediately.

NARRAGANSETT-SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — All outdoor water restrictions in Narragansett and South Kingstown were lifted last week, officials said.

The odd-even water ban was put in place in June in anticipation of dry weather and higher demand for water. The policy applied to SUEZ water customers, South Shore and Middlebridge water customers in South Kingstown and Narragansett water customers.

While the water restrictions have been lifted, town officials encouraged residents to use water wisely, and conserve wherever possible. Narragansett water customers can request a free conservation kit by calling 401-782-0639.
