Feroce's Wyndham Estate Goes Out At Forclosure Sale Wednesday

NEWPORT, RI — Giovanni Feroce, the Benrus chief executive officer, and former Alex and Ani executive, has finally lost Wyndham Estate, the mansion on Beacon Hill Road, said to occupy Newport's highest spot. The property went out at foreclosure sale on Wednesday. The bank that held the mortgage took it in, according to the Providence Journal. Click here for the full story.

The property was also encumbered by several liens. Those are "cut out," due to the foreclosure, and are no longer attached to the property.
