<ul><li>Walter Evans, 35, of 16 John Chaffee Blvd. Apt. was arrested Wednesday at 8:20 p.m. on domestic vandalism and possession of drugs, both felonies. Police were called to his house for a report that he broke a cell phone during an argument.  Police found a clonazepam pill in his wallet.  </li><li>Roderick Baptiste, 19, of  of 99 Rugby Street, Apt #G1, Providence, was arrested Tuesday for a warrant for a felony breaking and entering charge.   </li><li>Steven Cox, 54, listed as homeless, was arrested Tuesday on disorderly and open container charges.  Police said he had a case of beer on Broadway.  </li></ul>
