New Lawsuit Filed In North Kingstown High School's 'Naked Fat Test' Scandal
The lawsuit accuses former North Kingstown High School basketball coach Aaron Thomas of more inappropriate conduct with a student.
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A new lawsuit was reportedly filed Friday in connection to the "naked fat test" scandal surrounding former North Kingstown High School basketball coach Aaron Thomas.
According to the complaint, Thomas repeatedly conducted "growth plate" examination, which involved putting his hands down a boy's shorts, WPRI 12 reported. The lawsuit was filed by a former student who attended North Kingstown High School until spring 2024.
Attorney Timothy Conlon, who represents the former students and their parents, said Thomas placed his hands down a boy's short, feeling the hip and groin area, inches within the boy's genitals.
