NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI—Rhode Islanders are bracing themselves for another winter storm beginning Monday and that means another round of closings, cancellations and parking bans.

North Kingstown police on Sunday announced that a parking ban will go into effect beginning at midnight and will stay in place through Monday until further notice.

The National Weather Service has put all of Rhode Island under a Winter Storm Warning and is forecasting anywhere from 4 to 12 inches of snow depending on location and the track of the storm.

North Kingstown residents will also experience a one-day recycling and trash collection delay this week, so customers serviced Monday should put their bins out on Tuesday and so on.

Also closed is the North Kingstown Senior Center, which cancelled all services including Meals on Wheels.

And if you were planning on going to the Town Council meeting tonight to weigh in on the future of Town Hall, it’s time to find other plans. The meeting has been cancelled and will be rescheduled to a later date.
