2. With a combined price of $6.25 million, Jonathan Savage, a well-known local developer, has closed a deal on 545 Pawtucket Ave. and 250 Esten Ave. Both mills contain about 150 businesses. (Valley Breeze)
3. Encouraging families to take a moment to help kids be kids and set them up for a summer of success, the YMCA is holding Healthy Kids Day on April 30.
