In 2018, Tony Reverdes and his co-conspirators robbed three Pawtucket package stores at gunpoint while driving in a rented Chevy Impala.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Pawtucket man on Monday was sentenced to serve 40 years in state prison after being convicted of planning and executing three armed liquor store robberies in 2018.
Tony Reverdes, 40, was sentenced to 45 years at the Adult Correctional Institutions with 40 years to serve and the rest suspended with probation, Attorney General Peter Neronha announced today. The sentence was imposed by Providence Superior Court Justice Robert D. Krause
Reverdes’ co-conspirators — Kevin DaSilva, Noah Potter, and Jordan Vieira — have already been sentenced for their roles in the crime spree.

A jury on on Nov. 14, 2019 found Reverdes guilty of five counts of first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. The jury returned a verdict in less than two hours following an eight-day trial.
Neronha said that on Nov. 7, 2018, Reverdes and three others used a gun to rob three liquor stores in Pawtucket. Reverdes planned the robberies, directed his co-conspirators, and chose the target locations – Bella Vista Liquors, Colonial Liquors, and Main Street Liquors. Reverdes provided a handgun that was used to threaten store clerks and customers, and drove a rented Chevrolet Impala for the group during their spree. The four stole more than $2,000 in cash and made off with several expensive bottles of liquor, Neronha said.

The Pawtucket Police Department released this image following the four arrests on Nov. 9, 2018.
The four were apprehended two days later by the Violent Fugitives Task Force.
“Looking for cash and an alcohol chaser, this defendant, along with his criminal cohorts, carefully planned and executed three liquor store robberies at the point of a gun,” Neronha announced today. “For all his planning, the defendant did not well consider the consequences of his highly dangerous conduct and he now faces an entirely appropriate, long sentence at the ACI."
