Pawtucket Pair Picked Up On Crack, Coke And Fentanyl Charges: Cops

Two state police task forces and the East Providence Police Department Special Investigations Unit arrested the men, police said.

PAWTUCKET, RI — Special task forces took down a pair of Pawtucket men on a slew of felony drug charges, police said.

Christopher Godinez, 28, and Kevin Godinez, 27, were apprehended Aug. 14, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Christopher and Kevin Godinez were charged with possession with the intent to deliver fentanyl, crack cocaine and cocaine, and controlled substance conspiracy, the release said.

The two men were arrested by the Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force and the Violent Fugitive Task Force, and the East Providence Police Department Special Investigations Unit, according to the release.

Christopher and Kevin Godinez were "processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment," the release said.
