- Rhode Island is experiencing a Blood Emergency! The Rhode Island Blood Center declared a blood emergency Monday due to school breaks and increased traveling causing "an alarming drop in donations." Reportedly, the state's overall blood supply is down to enough for two to three days. (Providence Patch)
- By Friday, it's going to be feeling like summer — we hope! Reports are calling for warmer, spring-like temperatures starting Thursday and running into Friday and Saturday, with a possible high of 80 degrees. So, get ready to swap out your sweatshirts for shorts! (Patch)
