Update: Victim Of Fatal Crash On I-95 In Pawtucket Identified

An Attleboro teen was ejected from a Toyota Scion during a 5:50 a.m. rollover crash near Exit 27 southbound.

PAWTUCKET — A fatal motor vehicle crash on I-95 southbound right before Exit 27 took the life of a Massaschusetts man this morning. Rhode Island State Police identified the victim as Osman Eduardo Lopez-Enriquez, age 19, of Attleboro.

At around 5:50 a.m., crews responded to a rollover crash in the high-speed lane with a partial ejection and unresponsive party. State police said that the Toyota Scion was being operated by Lopez-Enriquez. Around 500 feet south of the Walcott Street overpass, the Scion veered left, struck jersey barrier in the center median, and rolled over. Lopez-Enriquez was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Pawtucket Fire Department. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
