Parking Ban In Portsmouth Enacted For Winter Storm
A winter weather advisory has been issued as a storm will dump up to 7 inches of snow and cause hazardous travel conditions throughout RI.
PORTSMOUTH, RI — Portsmouth announced a parking ban for Monday, ahead of a winter storm expected to arrive overnight.
The parking ban will be in effect from 10 p.m. Monday until 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Snow is expected to arrive overnight, between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Four to 7 inches of snow is forecasted for Rhode Island. The low Monday night will be 28. Snow will continue into Tuesday, with another 1 to 2 inches of accumulation possible and a high of 36.
