The Pennfield School Offers $15,000 Scholarships for Rising 8th Graders
Two $15,000 scholarships available for new students ready to lead, grow, and make the most of their 8th grade year at Pennfield.

The Pennfield School in Portsmouth is excited to announce a new scholarship opportunity for students entering 8th grade in the 2025–2026 academic year. The Leadership Launch Scholarships will award two $15,000 scholarships to new students who demonstrate strong academic potential, leadership qualities, and a desire to make their 8th grade year count.
These scholarships are part of Pennfield’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in a challenging and supportive environment. We view 8th grade as a capstone year—a time for students to step into leadership roles, build confidence, and prepare for success in high school and beyond.
Recent Pennfield graduates have gone on to attend top regional and national high schools such as Moses Brown, Phillips Exeter Academy, Pomfret School, Portsmouth Abbey, Portsmouth High School, St. George’s School, Tabor Academy, and Wheeler. Many enter honors or advanced-level courses.
