Police Log: 2013 Begins With DUI Arrests
The following is based on reports from the Portsmouth Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Portsmouth police made following the arrests this past few days.Â
NC man arrested for allegedly pushing woman
Timothy Windley, 25, of Hope Mills, NC, was arrested on New Year's Day at 12:45 a.m. after police responded to a Old Mill Lane residence.Â

Windley allegedly became involved in an argument with a 22-year-old Tiverton woman. He allegedly grabbed her by the arm and pushed her into a stairwell.Â
Windley was charged with simple assault.Â

MA man arrested for allegedly driving under the influence (DUI)
David Hall, 36, of Mattapoisett, MA, was arrested on New Year's Day at 3:30 a.m. after an erratic vehicle was stopped on East Main Road near Foodworks Restaurant.Â
Police observed an aroma of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Hall apparently failed a field sobriety test and, after being transported to police headquarters, allegedly refused a chemical test.Â
He was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.Â
MA woman arrested for alleged DUI
Kammi Strzelecki, 46, of Auburn, MA, was arrested on New Year's Day at 3:30 p.m. after an erratic vehicle was stopped on Immokolee Drive. The vehicle was first seen driving erratically on East Main Road at Union Street.Â
Police say they detected an aroma of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Strzelecki apparently failed a field sobriety test and, after being transported to police headquarters, allegedly refused a chemical test.Â
She was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.Â
Portsmouth man allegedly pushes woman
Todd Eads, 46, of 36 Greenfield Ave., was arrested on New Year's Day at 8:30 p.m. after apparently becoming involved in an argument with a 53-year-old Portsmouth woman.Â
Eads was allegedly upset with the woman who was lying in bed. He allegedly pulled the blankets off her and pushed her.Â
Eads was charged with domestic, simple assault.Â
