Portsmouth Police Log: Arrests & Citations For Nov. 9-13

PORTSMOUTH, RI— Here are recent arrests and citations. Information comes from the police log.

Nov. 9

Penelope Lee Myers, 23, of Tiverton, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. on Aquidneck Avenue. Police had an arrest warrant for her for allegedly violating a No Contact order.

Nov. 10

Rebecca Maria Alves, 24, of Westport, Mass., was stopped at 12:13 a.m. on Route 24 North at Cedar Island and charged with Driving under the influence, first offense.

Salamon J. Gilmore, 35, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 9:55 a.m. on Chase Access Road near the Post Office. He was charged with drug possession (Schedule I,II,III,IV, and V).

Nov. 11

Jennifer Elizabeth David, 25, of Bridgewater, Mass., was stopped at 1:37 a.m. at Route 24 South and Boyd's Lane. She was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Arianna Denario Spano, 19, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on West Main Road near Raytheon and charged with Disorderly conduct; and Possession of beverage by an underage person.

Nov. 12

Tyler James Williams, 20, of Tolland, Conn., was stopped at 2:39 a.m. on West Main Road near Bayview Apartments. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and cited for Illumination of rear plate.

Nov. 13

Carlos Alberto Vazquez, 40, of Fall River, Mass., was stopped at 9:09 a.m. on Route 24 North at Freeborn Street and taken into custody on a bench warrant. He was also cited for Driving after his license was denied, suspended or revoked.

Shawna Lee Grenier, 37, of Fall River, Mass., was also taken into custody on a bench warrant.
