PORTSMOUTH, RI — Here are arrests and citations for Dec. 11. Information comes from the police log.

Dec. 8

Kristal Ann Riessle-Nix, 22, of Rehoboth, Mass., was arrested at the police station at 5:30 p.m. on a warrant. She was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery and with Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

Akilah J. Nelson, 26, of Newport, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on Point Road. Nelson was charged with resisting arrest; obstructing an officer; and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

Brayton A. Turner, 33, of Little Compton, was charged with Vandalism; malicious injury to property.

Dec. 10

Lawrence Novell Weldon III, 49, of Newport, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. at the Newport Police Department on a warrant. He was charged with Simple Assault or Battery.

Dec. 11

Kyle Eugene Emond, 41, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. at his home on East Main Road on an arrest warrant.

Nikole Julia Amaral, 25, of Newport, was stopped at 4:28 p.m. on West Main Road at the town line and charged with Simple Assault or Battery.

Allison Camile Cabrera, 18, of Portsmouth, was arrested at home on West Main Road and charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery; and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.
