Ronald Souza, 59, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 10:59 a.m. on East Main Road near Clements Market. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, second offense; and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, second offense.

Bruce Raymond Pelletier, 55, of Portsmouth, was stopped at 4:08 p.m. on Cedar Avenue at Park Avenue. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

Allen Duane Foster, 50, of Fall River, Mass., was stopped at 7:19 p.m. on near Sprague Street and Route 24 North and taken into custody on an arrest warrant.
