How do you know this community leader?
Kateri is the mother of two students at my art studio. She is the co-founder of a local nonprofit that is planning to build an inclusive playground for our community.

What does this community leader do?
She is the co-founder of The Four Hearts Foundation, a 501c-3 that is rebuilding a community playground that will be inclusive of different ages & abilities.
Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?
Kateri has done such an amazing job to tirelessly promote the foundation! She has managed to garner the support of individuals, families and local businesses through an incredibly well-organized combination of community fundraisers, endless grant applications and an extensive social media campaigns. In addition to raising funds, Kateri has truly become an outspoken advocate for the importance of outdoor play and inclusive public playgrounds.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?
Kateri is passionate about our community and her cause. In just a little more than a year, The Four Hearts Foundation has nearly achieved its goals…and along the way, Kateri has helped forge new relationships and collaborations that will impact our community far beyond the playground.
