Rain, Snow To Make Driving Difficult Today
Portsmouth will see rain and possibly some snow throughout the day, making commutes slippery at times.
It appears Old Man Winter is not done with Portsmouth just yet as more slippery weather is expected Tuesday.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for some parts of Rhode Island today, reports The Providence Journal.
While there should be little snow accumulation in Portsmouth, the town could see some flooding as a result of heavy rainfall and poor drainage.
