RI Likely To See Above-Average Temperatures In Weekly Forecast: NWS
A National Weather Service outlook predicts that temperatures could reach the high 50s in Rhode Island by the end of the week.

RHODE ISLAND — The warm winter weather is expected to continue with above-average temperatures predicted in Rhode Island for the near future.
The National Weather Service shows a 60 to 70 percent chance that temperatures will be above normal from Tuesday to Saturday.
There's also a 33 to 40 percent chance that precipitation will be higher than normal during that time period.

The bitterly cold temperatures that began the month look like they will be long forgotten. The weather is expected to be balmy on Tuesday, mostly sunny with a high of 49 for Providence and 48 for Portsmouth.
