PORTSMOUTH, RI — A roll-over crash Thursday in Portsmouth sent several people to the hospital and caused a fire hydrant to launch in the air.

The crash happened in the area of East Main Road, fire officials said. Emergency crews arrived and found the car rolled over several times, before landing in its wheels.
